5 project phases:

Preliminary Study: Definition with the client of layout, volume, and context.

Architectural Project: Written and drawn documents for possible municipal licensing.

Specialty Projects: Structures, water and sewage, electricity, fire safety, acoustics, thermal, as applicable.

Site Supervision: Technical coordination and inspection.

Final Deliverables: Delivery and closure of the process.

The phases can be contracted partially or in full, depending on the intervention and client goals.
